Issue with an order received? 

Scent Germain does NOT accept returns. However, If unsatisfied with your product, please provide details including a picture (ex/ broken jar) and your order number. We strive for customer satisfaction + will work with you in achieving this.

We offer wholesale including a customized/private label option. Please provide your name/business name, product(s) desired, quantity + tentative deadline below. We will follow up with you within 2-3 business days.
