A bundle of dried White Sage and Palo Santo, tied with green string. This potent herb has been used for centuries by Native Americans in rituals of cleansing and healing. Sage is used to clear negative energy, while Palo Santo is to bring in positive energy, also referred to as "holy wood".
Burning Instructions:
Ignite your Sage. Hold it at a 45 degree angle pointing the tip down toward the flame. Allow it to burn about 30-60 + blow out.
Move around your workspace, home or anywhere you would like to clear the energy. Allow the scent to bring peace and clarity to the moment along with good feelings + intentions.
When finished, place the sage in a fire proof bowl of metal, glass or clay. Always use caution when working with fire.
